Listed below are the enrolment conditions associated with all mbh training
courses.
How to Enrol
Register by contacting the Course Co-ordinator at the number given in Contact
Details below. You can also enrol by email or via our secure online order form.
If you are a corporate and wish to register multiple delegates on a number of
courses, please contact the Course Co-ordinator.
Confirmation of Enrolment
A confirmation of enrolment will be forwarded to you via email or post. If you
have not received confirmation of your enrolment 5 days before the course
starts, please contact the Course Co-ordinator at mbh to ensure that you are
enrolled.
Cancellations and Reschedules
Cancellations must be received by mbh at least 5 working days before the start
of the course for a full refund of any prepaid fees. If a cancellation is
received less than 5 working days (i.e. following confirmation of enrolment)
before the start of the course, the participant will be charged the full course
fee. Alternatively, the participant may send a substitute at no additional
cost. Participants wishing to reschedule to an alternate date must notify mbh
at least 5 working days before the start of the booked course to ensure no
additional cost is incurred. If a participant requests a reschedule less than 5
working days prior to the start of the booked course this will incur a $200 fee
per person.
Payment
All prices, unless otherwise stated, include materials, luncheons and/or teas
and coffees for delegates. Payment is required for Corporate clients within 14
days following the delivery of invoice. For individuals we require payment in
advance when the course is confirmed. Payment can be made by cheque, credit
card or direct bank transfer.
Conditions
Unforeseen circumstances may necessitate the appointment of a different
lecturer/speaker to those indicated in associated documentation.
mbh reserves the right to cancel or discontinue any course for whatever reason.
In this event, delegates who may have registered for such a course will be
informed and all fees will be refunded in full. On some courses, the number of
seats is limited and acceptance will be based on a first-come, first-served
basis.
mbh reserves the right to make changes to the course syllabi, schedules, fees
and venues to meet changed circumstances. However, mbh will make every effort
to communicate any changes to our clients as early as possible.
