SYDNEY, 06 May 2010 – mbh management (mbh), a Sydney-based consulting, training and technology company, today announced dates for the Australian roadshow of UniPhi 5.0

UniPhi is mbh's unique enterprise portfolio and project management web application that surprises people with its breadth of functionality and simplicity of use; a rare combination. This new release has leveraged off the previous version's move into contract management to enhance the internal practice management of organisations whose structure is project oriented (e.g. builders, architects, consultants etc). This practice management facilitates a significantly improved bottom line through greater transparency of project performance both from the client's perspective and the internal fee perspective.

Each breakfast will start at 7:30am and run for two hours. The breakfast will consist of a presentation from mbh managing director Mark Heath who will demonstrate how UniPhi assists organisations in realising significant benefits from:

2) Effectively managing the nine functions of project management; rather than administering them.

3) Fostering the development of cross functional teams; where value is created.

Following Mark's presentation will be a case study presentation delivered by a UniPhi user on how the tool is being used to improve organisational performance. These two presentations will run for 45 minutes in total and will be followed by a 45 minutes question and answer session with the last half hour left for networking and general discussion amongst attendees.
